• Smoking within the premises in common areas of the property is prohibited.
• Alcohol consumption is allowed, but guests are expected to drink responsibly and not cause any disturbance or damage to the property.

• Unfortunately, the property is not wheelchair accessible, and guests who use wheelchairs may face difficulties. Please make necessary arrangements accordingly.
• The property has a wide entryway to facilitate ease of entry and exit.

• Pets are not allowed on the premises.
• There are no pets residing on the property.

Cashless payment options are available for the convenience of guests.

• Government-issued identification cards are accepted as valid ID proof(s) on the property.

Please note the following additional rules for the property:

• Private parties or events are not allowed on the premises.
• For security and safety reasons, guests are requested not to bring outside visitors to their rooms during their stay. They may use the common areas to meet their visitors.

Please note the following information regarding the child and extra bed policy:

• Unfortunately, no extra bed can be provided to accommodate any child included in the booking. All guests, including children, must have a separate bed.
• An extra bed will be provided for an additional guest included in the booking, subject to availability, for an extra charge per night per guest. This charge will be collected at the property.
• If an extra bed is not available, an extra mattress can be provided for an extra charge per night per guest. This charge will be collected at the property.
